There are many reasons to become a member and be a part of the good things happening at Hayes Arboretum! Hayes Arboretum's mission is to provide nature and recreational education for our visitors, though instruction, experiences and amenities. Your membership offers financial support for both our educational programs and the care and maintenance of this facility. 

 

Each year school children visit for special hikes and to utilize some of our unique plant, rock, and fossil collections and other various educational displays. We provide several miles of hiking and running paths for our visitors though natural wooded areas and open vistas. The features found on this property include 3% of Indiana's old growth forest, as well as many acres of reforested woods. An 1833 dairy barn that acts as our Nature Center, filled with exhibits on regional flora and fauna. There is also the Hayes Museum, where you can learn about the Arboretum's rich history. Throughout the Arboretum you can also find ponds, fields, wetlands, and even a Native American Mound. We love keeping these amenities open to the public, and your membership helps in these goals.

$60 - Family Member

$120 - Contributor Membership:
Offers the preceding benefits.

 

$300 - Sponsor Membership
Includes all Contributor level benefits plus a bronze key ring.

 

$600 - Benefactor Membership
Includes all Sponsor level benefits and a silver key ring.

 

Organizations

 

$120 - Not-For-Profit Organization

Ten membership cards for your organization to use, plus a thank you on our electronic sign on the corner of US 40 and Elks Road.

 

$500 - Corporate Membership
Offers important on-site recognition of corporate support at our Nature Center with the display of your organization's name on a specially designed plaque as well as a listing in our newsletter for the term of the membership. The name and web address of your organization will also appear on our web site for the duration of your membership for Corporate Members.

 

$1,000 - Corporate Sponsorship
Corporate sponsors will be recognized with a sponsorship plaque that may be proudly displayed at their company and in the Nature Center.

 

$3,000 - Ambassador

 

$5,000 - Curator

 

$10,000 - Steward
