 		 Stanley W. HayesStanley W. Hayes is born October 9th, 1865.
1888
        		Railroad ScoutsStanley W. Hayes works on the railroad in the untouched nature of the Northwest.
1890 Richmond Fairgrounds GrandstandRobert Howard, future creator of the Indianapolis Motor Speedway track, designs the Richmond Fairgrounds and Driving Track.
1900 Henley Bicycle Team - RacingRichmond residents could ride the trolley to the end of the line for Sunday afternoon bicycle and horse races.
1903 Hayes Track Appliance Company Safety DeviceStanley W. Hayes forms the Hayes Track Appliance Company.
1911 206 North 15th Street in Richmond, IndianaHayes Track Appliance Company moves to Richmond, Indiana. Stanley's first house at 206 North 15th in Richmond.
1915 1939 Aerial View of the property.Stanley begins to assemble the land that will become the Hayes Arboretum.

 

1924 1924 Hayes HouseHayes House built on the estate.
1959 Stanley W. HayesStanley W. Hayes establishes the Stanley W. Hayes Research Foundation, Inc.
